Sun Valley is the “oldest” ski area in the United States. Its terrain and its outstanding sunshine record. Sun Valley boasts two fabulous mountains, Baldy considered by serious skiers as the country’s single best ski mountain, and Dollar a beginner’s paradise with gentle, sunny slopes, groomed to perfection. Eighteen lifts provide access to more than 77 ski runs and 2,054 skiable acres. With the addition of seven new high-speed detachable quad chairlifts, Sun Valley’s lift capacity reaches 28,180 skiers per hour. Since Sun Valley has always been a magnet for upmarket clientele and the Hollywood elite, this has always encouraged the spawning of many excellent restaurants and lodges on and off the mountain. There is no shortage of shops and art galleries in the area.

Hotel Accommodations

The Limelight Ketchum Hotel welcomes ski clubs to stay and play at one of the premier hotels in the Sun Valley area. Located on Main Street in downtown Ketchum, the Limelight Hotel brand has a laid-back yet luxurious vibe throughout. Come stay in one of Ketchum’s newest and immerse yourself in the skiing and authentically Idaho culture of Sun Valley and Bald Mountain. The Limelight is set in a prime location with easy access to the ski mountains, restaurants, and shopping. A hot breakfast buffet is available each day, and free transportation is available for around town and to the ski mountains. The hotel offers Happy Hour from 3:00 – 6:00 pm daily and live music performances Thursdays through Mondays.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you must provide written notice to the trip leader. If participants choose to cancel, the following charges will apply (per person) based upon the date of receipt of written cancellation notice:

Any Cancellation prior to September 26th $ 95.00
Between September 27 – October 26th $ 395.00
Between October 27th – November 20th $ 595.00
After November 21st  NO REFUND

CHECKS RETURNED AS UNPAID BY THE BANK WILL BE ASSESSED A $35.00 per occurrence.
