The skiing at Mammoth is spectacular, with a summit elevation over 11,000 feet and an average of 350 inches of snow per year, always offering beautiful views of the majestic mountains. There are many trail options available for every level of skiing ability! If you take a day off from the slopes, Mammoth offers snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, and much more.

Mammoth Lakes is a bustling ski and mountain resort located in the Sierra Nevada. The town will delight you with its distinctive restaurants and nightlife. Shopping is always fun in Mammoth, whether it’s at art galleries or one-of-a-kind shops.

Hotel Accommodations

The Mammoth Mountain Inn is located at 9,000 feet on Mammoth Mountain, offers ski-in/ski-out accommodations, and is just steps away from the Main Lodge, ski school, and Panorama Gondola.

The Inn offers its own full-service restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. A free town shuttle is also provided, as well as free WiFi, a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, laundry facilities, game room, and more. Visit www.mammothmountain.com

IKON Pass

Mammoth Mountain is available on the IKON or IKON Base Pass.

Payment Schedule

You must secure your spot for the trip with an initial non-refundable deposit of $250 per person through the club website. Subsequent payments will be made via paper check, payable to “AE Ski Club”, on the following payment schedule and mailed to: Rose Angelone. (Mailing Address Below)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you must provide written notice to the trip leader. If participants choose to cancel, the following charges will apply (per person) based upon the date of receipt of written cancellation notice:

Between October 2nd – November 1st $ 395.00

Between November 2nd – December 15th $ 595.00

After December 15th NO REFUND

Trip Insurance

Trip insurance is highly recommended and provided by our tour provider. You must sign up on your own through the link below. The cost of the trip insurance is not refundable.
