Trip Cancellations

Bus Trips

If cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the departure date, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to departure date, there will be NO refund. (You can find another active AE Ski Club member to fill your spot. If so, you must notify the trip leader prior to the trip departure). Not showing up for the bus on the date of the trip is considered a cancellation.

Week Trips

The flyer for each week trip will identify the refund policy for that specific trip. The timeframes will be different based on departure dates for each trip, so please refer to these schedules. There are penalty amounts that apply after you have made your initial deposit. There is typically no refund if you cancel less than two months prior to the trip departure date.
